The Home Study Advantage Class is a private class lasting about 3-4 hours, but can be split into 2 classes if preferred, with the second class dedicated to the birth rehearsal. In this class you get private dedicated attention from an experience educator in which you:
- Will Learn more about transformation
- Will learn more about the pushing stage of birth
- Will learn how to put all of your Hypnobabies cues, techniques and scripts to use
- Will do a birth rehearsal to become familiar with how all of your Hypnobabies tools work together as you practice them in different positions and scenarios
- Can bring your birth partner and even your doula to this class so everyone can participate in the birth rehearsal
- Will gain confidence with your techniques!
