Carrie was able to help support me with her boundaries program. My goal was to find ways to help have more tools in my toolbox to pull from in order to give myself support in moments when I needed it. A few examples of those tools were breathwork, guided imagery, and meditation.
Carrie was able to educate, facilitate, and provide me with these skills. I am thankful for her teachings in this course! The amount of time that was dedicated to figuring out what would work best for me was a huge win, I am forever grateful.
