Carrie's CRP sessions have been a real source of support and inspiration in my life. With her gentle approach that is sharp and insightful, I reached deep epiphanies about the feelings I was internally dealing with around my past pregnancy and birth. Despite uncomfortable feelings that came up, the sessions were so enjoyable, and I left them feeling empowered with my knowledge and tools to see the experiences and future differently. Carrie is so accommodating with scheduling and styles that work for different people, which with time got me to become less sensitive and particular, and more resilient. I never worry that I will feel judged. Carrie is solution oriented, and is happy when clients end up needing her less vs more.
