Carrie I just want to start by saying thank you. You are amazing!! When I first heard of you I was a little skeptical. The first one on one session we had changed all that. You put me at ease and opened my eyes to a new way of thinking. Before I met you I would of said I was enlightened and didn't need guidance. Nope I was completely and utterly wrong. I now understand it is a journey and I still have a lot to learn. You taught me to put in the work and recognize my triggers in the areas that I struggle with.
