I found Carrie over a year ago and truly blessed and fortunate that the path guided me to Carrie. I was looking for someone who was well versed in Conscious Parenting, and had searched up Dr. Shefali's website. I found Carrie through Dr. Shefali's website for Conscious Parenting Coaches. She is amazing! When you have a chance, read her blog(s) on her website. I first read them when I knew there was a missing piece in my life to help my family, and I found her right when my family needed her most!! Upon meeting with Carrie for over 10 extremely needed sessions, I was able to learn that my healing is done within myself, and have opened up traumas I did not realize I had suppressed. Carrie has been phenomenal for not only my family, also for myself personally. I cannot say it enough that Carrie enlightens the areas in your life that need healing, and walks compassionately with you while you work through past history while helping to heal your current place in life. The past and current time in your life are dependent upon one another, and true healing helps you to live a fuller, richer life. I can see my light, and because I am so slow to transcend my healing (...I procrastinate quite a lot), I am looking forward to my continued sessions with Carrie. She is fully present for you, and you feel loved and cared for.
