If you are thinking about having a good birth experience i highly recommend hiring Carrie as your doula. She was both my Hypnobabies instructor and my birth doula and i couldn't have had my amazing experience without her help.
She was there for me every step of the way and was the one person i wanted by my side coaching me and protecting my energy. From the start of labor to birthing my baby it couldn’t have gone any more perfect. I labored at home as long as possible with Carries support, got to the hospital at the perfect time, had a very short labor, zero medication and zero complications. 
Carrie gave me the confidence, knowledge and tools to set us up with a perfect birth experience.
