Carrie was wonderful at conducting the class meetings making both the wife’s and husbands feel comfortable and included. Discussing weekly assignments with the rest of group to practicing exercises with our partners made my birth much more manageable than I imagined. Carrie practiced hypnosis during the class and walking our partner through the material was critical for my actual birth. I wouldn’t have made it to 6cm at home without the skills Carrie taught me. I am forever grateful for her!!
